Education Program Goals pt 7

I know that as a teacher I must continue to learn things that can help me teach better even after I get out of college because learning is a never ending thing there is always something else that could be learned to another level and refresher courses can also help get new information as well as help you remember information you had learned previously and give you a stronger understanding of the information because of the experiences you have had teaching a classroom of your own. Because of the way children are becoming smarter in the world with assistance of the internet the teachers must keep up and continue learning the things they are exploring and interested in doing in the future. Something that every student should have is things they want to learn and the teachers can help do this by asking the children what they want to learn during the school year and if they do not know what it is the teacher should research the information to help get a deeper understanding of the subject matter and work on developing a lesson plan involving the information that the children are interested in learning. There is always something to be learned and there are countless ways that the information can be learned even if it involves taking classes to expand knowledge of the subject or to bridge the gaps that a child may have previously missed and they are curious about it at a later time. In order to help fill the gaps that the child had missed you are going to have to know the foundations to begin with and try to help them achieve mastery of the subject that is needed to understand the information in a timely manner to help them understand what is currently going on within the classroom at the current time.
